Toyota FT86 Spoilers and Wings

The photo above shows the Greddy Scion FRS (The FT86 sibling) Concept vehicle shown with a drag style wing, this type of product is typically used for high speed drift or track racing. The Toyota FT86 has a relatively flat rear trunk that will easily allow for the mounting of a universal drag style spoiler such as the one pictured above or a vehicle specific spoiler such as the TRD spoiler shown in the photo below. Toyota FT86 spoilers allow for airflow moving over and around the vehicle to be directed more efficiently and provide down force under higher speeds to improve traction and cornering.

The above photo show the rear view of the Toyota FT86 which will utilize the same factory TRD styling parts, including the deck spoiler. While the Scion FRS is still in development, this vehicle is sure to be the spotlight at the 2012 SEMA show with many new Toyota FT86 spoiler designs to be shown.
